Therefore, proposing it to be from 13:30 to 16:30 (catering to be offered while in the meeting). I don't believe that it is a good idea that major leaders of the Community do not attend the Main Conference. I addition, there are parallel meeting going on already on December 14th ... What is your view? Are you ok with this idea? Honestly speaking, I don't see too many options ... please respond asap. We only wish to have 1 representative from each project/entity so it can certainly be in parallel with other meetings. - Regarding POD (Pearse) meeting BoD, 15/12 is not possible. POD is scheduled to arrive 13/12 end of afternoon and leave 15/12 early, so we have to find another slot. - Yes, we can have a confcall tomorrow Thursday at 16.00.
