dear juanjo and all,

honestly i did already booked (althoigh not yet bougth) my fligth back to roma at 14:10 of 14th dec. of course i can still change it even if this will require to stay another nigth (malaga-roma is exactly not the same as malaga-madrid ...).

i think we should propose to have a good and full meeting in january hosted by us (the ff) in berlin, or by the ec in brussels. having few hours now with people entering and leaving the room as most likely will be absolutely conterproductive.

This might prove challenging on the side of FI-GLOBAL/FIWARE Mundus as most if not all of us have already booked our flights (mine for example would not allow me to participate in a meeting on Thursday afternoon). We have asked among the people from FI-GLOBAL who are attending the Summit, to check if anyone could stay.

  What is your view?  Are you ok with this idea?  Honestly speaking, I don't see too many options ... please respond asap.

-          Our idea is to have an FIWARE "MT meeting", a meeting with projects, not only ICT-12, also FIWARE Mexico and SMART SDK2 (FIWARE Mexico call), some IoT LSP (Synchronicity and IoF2020) together with FIWARE Foundation rep. and FIWARE Press office rep., and think we need 3 hours for this. We only wish to have 1 representative from each project/entity so it can certainly be in parallel with other meetings.

-          Regarding POD (Pearse) meeting BoD, 15/12 is not possible. POD is scheduled to arrive 13/12 end of afternoon and leave 15/12 early, so we have to find another slot.

-          Yes, we can have a confcall tomorrow Thursday at 16.00. Since you are in Brussels we could also meet late afternoon, early evening today?
