[Fiware-support] addition to Fi-Ware mailing lists / sites.

Dear Joe,

they should do it themselves, just visiting the following sites:

- http://lists.fi-ware.eu
  - Register on the list they are going to work.
- http://forge.osor.eu
  - Register a new account clickin on "Register a new account"
  - Request to join to the projects where he is going to work. Even
'fiware' project in order to have access to the fiware wiki.

Administrators of each list and project should approve the requests.
