I have reviewed your log file and found the following:

Looking at the log, it seems that the tomcat cache is corrupted. Perhaps, you can try the following:

  *   Shutdown JIRA.
  *   Clear the contents of <jira-install>/work directory.
  *   Start JIRA.

[X]The work directory is written by Tomcat and contains any files needed by the webserver to run. This will be re-generated upon next startup.

Please let me know if it works for you. If not, then Could you please send me the support.zip, which can be obtained by doing this<https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Getting+Help#GettingHelp-CreatingaSupportZip>, for further investigation on this issue.
