Ay, qué viernes me dais :)
A ver, me pareció abusivo "clavaros" el JIRA en la subcontratación inicial porque era algo nuevo, así que traté de no abusar demasiado y, aunque al final sí tuvisteis que ayudarnos porque si no estábamos perdidos, pero intenté que fuera "con cuidado y por favor".
Sin embargo, en FI-Core ya no era nuevo y por lo tanto se previó tener soporte formal y vosotros erais los que me encajabais. Y juraría que lo hablamos. De hecho, como soy mala persona, os lo puse en el DoW:
"The systems level administration of the issue tracking platform (JIRA) will be covered by this task"
Yo creo que no hay ningún tipo de conflicto y que ambos lo tenemos claro, la verdad. Pero por si acaso lo hay, recapitulo:
* En hipervisor, gestionamos nosotros
* En nivel sistema, os toca a vosotros
* En nivel configuración (pero como usuario administrador en la web JIRA), pues ése es nuestro marrón
¿estamos de acuerdo , no?
PD: qué patético es estar en TID, que llevemos 2 h de fallo de red y siga tirando de tethering de mi móvil personal!!! :)

Looking at the log, it seems that the tomcat cache is corrupted.
Perhaps, you can try the following:
* Shutdown JIRA.
* Clear the contents of <jira-install>/work directory.
* Start JIRA.
The /work/ directory is written by Tomcat and contains any files
needed by the webserver to run. This will be re-generated upon next startup.
Please let me know if it works for you. If not, then Could you please
send me the /support.zip/, which can be obtained by doing this
