[Fiware-sust-found] Fiware Community principles

dear all,

please note that during the presentation yesterday, i (the person who made
the presentation and was present at the meeting representing fiware)
presented also the the two slides on ge lifecycle which, together with the
concept of dtc, gained a lot of positive attention.

comments/inputs from you all are solicited in particular to the
"assessment" models and parameters in the ge lifecylce.

also inputs are welcome on the dtc aspects such as aim, memebreship, and so
on.
