[Fiware-sustainability-proposal] Getting the PIC number for the Foundation

dear clara,

nice you talked with your attorney. i can say:
1. absolutely yes the legal form of the fiware foundation will be that of
association even if the name migth stay with "fiware fondation". may
suggestion is indeed to keep this name for the time being.

2. not sure about the source of the majority of fundings that an
association can receive. indeed the requirement for our (the four of us)
attorneys is that the fiware foundation must and can receive large amount
of money from public authorities where ever they are in the world. so our
attorneys have to fulfill this requirement which will be for sure discussed
during our (legal task force) next meeting this friday.
