Dear Sir/Madam, I had an cep instance (from the image in fiware cloud portal) that ran well before. But since yesterday it was not accessible any more. I tried to "reboot" the instance, it didn't work out, then I tried terminate it and recreate a new instance, but the old one cannot be terminated. Now the instance "status" is active, "task" is deleting, and "power state" is running, no matter what (reboot and terminate) I do to the instance. Is it possible to repair the instance back to normal?
