Dear Sir/Madam, In the near furture we will have to register multiple FIWARE accounts. We have noticed time and time again that when we register an account we do not receive a confirmation e-mail. This is a great obstable and we would like FIWARE to look into this problem. We have registered multiple accounts for a single user and for every registration no confirmation e-mail was sent. We registered accounts with the following usernames: JoseChavarriaSeatrade JoseOperationsSeatrade Could you please activate one (preferably the first) account so that the user receives a confirmation e-mail? His e-mail address is: jose.chavarria at cr.seatrade.com <https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/ng/users_roles/jose.chavarria%40cr.seatrade.com/tester?ret=ext> We would like to know why the confirmation e-mails are constantly not being sent. Once FIWARE has looked into the matter, please let us know what the problem is.
