[Fiware-technical-committee] FIWARE TC meeting

Hi,

   Taking a look at the doodle poll, I still don't see quorum at any
timeslot of the doodle poll this week.

   It doesn't make sense to setup a meeting of the FIWARE TC and make
the effort to prepare the meeting if not enough people plan to attend.

   It starts to be a concern that people do not even vote in a simple
doodle.
