[Fiware-technical-committee] FIWARE TC meeting

dear juanjo,

it is true that there is no quorum for the various options, but at least
they voted 14 persons out of 21, not all true, but not yet a disaster...

this is also a difficult week for all.

however, i agree with you that actions should be taken.

I propose to  start from true elections and fresh people to embody.
