Hello,

We have been experimenting with the Github FIWARE organization layout. A draft can be found at

As you can see there is a mirror repository per GE. Additional, normative, repositories exist, for instance the Developers TourGuide-App repo. In my opinion this organization strengths out the presence of FIWARE on Github, and gives a good overview of the FIWARE software status, per chapter.

Mirrors are configured so that no Pull Requests can be made, no issues can be added. There is a message which informs of what is the normative repository and a link to it.
If someone tries to create a Pull Request it is automatically closed informing of the repo which can be used to make it. See for instance,

https://github.com/Fiware/data.Orion/pull/1

GE Owners will not have to do anything to support this, apart from setting the FIWARE Webhook, which will allow to keep in sync the normative repo and the mirror one. We are now testing such a Webhook with one GE used as a pilot.

With this input I complete my action and put on the table enough info to make a final decision
