[Fiware-technical-committee] Presentation to next TC meeting

Dear colleagues,
a new tool/procedure is currently being defined in order to monitor and prevent issues of all global GE instances.

Yesterday, a first presentation has been done by Fernando and me to GE owners, and the idea is to introduce it to all of you as well during next TC meeting (Monday 25th).

We think that the new tool will be very useful to the community, so if you agree we can insert the presentation to the next agenda with a link to some slide.
