[Fiware-technical-committee] TSC: Tracker for incubated GEi/GEri applications

Dear Juanjo, Stefano, TSC members,

Let me inform you that the tracker to receive applications of incubated GEi/GEri is available at https://jira.fiware.org/projects/IGA

Then, it has the following main features:


1-      Connector to display a form where submitters provide input. To make it available at any page you decide, please, include the snippet below.

2-      Email handler configured so that comments written in the tickets are sent to the GEi/GEri owner by email automatically and replies included as comments

3-      Specific workflow including:

a.       Analysing status when the TSC secretary reviews the application is complete and ready for the TSC members

b.       If not, a dialogue is maintained with the GE owner in the Clarification status

c.       Once the application is fully clarified, it goes to Assessing status, when the TSC requests additional clarifications or takes decision
