[Fiware-technical-committee] TSC: Tracker for incubated GEi/GEri applications

dear manuel,

great work many thanks!
my only coment is about the "clarifying" status.

may be this status is different if the request is made by the secretary or
is made by the tsc. my question is, when the request is issued by the tsc
and the proposer of the new ge answers, which is the next state: the
"analysing" (i.e. the state managed by the secretary), or the "assessing"?

if we have two different "claryfing" states (one for the secretary and one
for the tsc) we avoid to have the secretary to foward again the ticket to
the "assessing"state.

may be it is just a minor point ...

another question: where is the form? may be i did lost it
