Dear All,
as promised and agreed in the live TSC, we have been working on a draft concept for a solution to simplify
the management of the different components of FIWARE IoT & Data stack, especially w.r.t. NGSI flows.

Here is the draft document I would like to discuss with you on Monday:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xmU-p7CulQ2FgTIhIaoPViwoJ8ZNKY4CZMG6g7YNkW0/edit# <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xmU-p7CulQ2FgTIhIaoPViwoJ8ZNKY4CZMG6g7YNkW0/edit#>

Feedback of course are welcome.

I would like to mention that there is a tool by Telefonica called IoT Orchestrator. That could be an interesting starting point.

The limits i see in that, is that some of the components used are not “standard”. For example, the authentication of all the
components is based on native APIs of Openstack Keystone (no OAuth, to be clear); the component used as CEP is
Perseo (not the official GE from Orange).

Best,
Federico
