[Fiware-technical-committee] My review to the dev guidelines

Hi Federico,
I take advantage from your last point to remind that:
- the concept of FIWARE Academy is going to remain
- the current (valuable) content must be migrated out of the current platform to a different place
- the current service that runs the Academy will be stopped at the end of the FI-NEXT project

Given that most of the training contents is related to single GEs ... the suggestion is to move those courses together with the Content of the Catalogue, that is in the same situation as the Academy

Despite this is on the table since more than one year ... there is not yet a clear (or final) view on where those contents (overview info from the Catalogue and courses from the Academy) have to be moved to ... fortunately the discussion is still in progress.

Ciao
Davide

Hi,
I made a PR with my review to the guidelines:
https://github.com/Fiware/developmentGuidelines/pull/11/files

Many are “cosmetics” changes, the may comments w.r.t. the content are:

- A public instance may be deployed in the FIWARE Lab (Ask FF Staff):
  1. not all services may be suitable for a global instance
  2. it is very important to clarify who takes care of the operation and support of such service,
if you expect to be the developer, this may be a killer factor -> activity could be very resource consuming and may not be funded.

- Roadmap is available **and linked** at [https://wiki.fiware.org/Current_Supported_Features_and_Roadmap_in_FIWARE] (Ask FF Staff)

I believe that we should not forcing content duplication. If the roadmap is in an external repository, duplicating will easily create
   inconsistencies (beside the overhead)

- Consider adding educational content on the [https://edu.fiware.org FIWARE Academy]. See also [https://wiki.fiware.org/Working_with_the_FIWARE_Academy]

what will be the future of edu.fiware.org<http://edu.fiware.org>? if it is going offline, we should drop this.

Cheers,
Federico
