[Fiware-technical-committee] EXTREMELY URGENT: PPR2 to be completed

dear all,

i'd like to finalise the ppr-2, but still many inputs are missing...!

in the following the duties which are MUST, not just nice to have, deadline
this friday eob!!!

1) ALL, except atos, gar and telefonica, effort in table section 5.2. for
what concerns PPR-2 ONLY! if there are major deviations (more than 10% per
wp, or in total) this must be explained in the following relevant section
5.2.x. please note that without those data the ec cannot approve your PPR-2
financial statement!!!

@saul you provided total data, please put only data describing period 2.
explanations you gave for the deviations are fine to me. apologises for the
confusion.
