[Fiware-technical-committee] Reminder TSC today

Dear all,

   First of all I hope you have all enjoyed a nice entrance in the New 
Year 2020!

   This is a reminder that today will be our first TSC after in 2020.

   Pre-minutes are available here

Focus today will be status of ETSI NGSI-LD specifications and progress
