[Fiware-technical-committee] Reminder TSC today

Hi all,

   This is a reminder of the TSC call today.

   Pre-minutes are available as usual in the standard folder including 
minutes of TSC calls but for your convenience also in this link 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/10OlwUHLwmE2I9NQ5-1CPSvFDKLQc9_i1dBp3wW1NRVw/edit?usp=sharing>.

   Components for which report on status is expected are:

  * Scorpio (pending from last TSC)
  * Draco
  * QuantumLeap
  * Cygnus

   In addition, we'll discuss the adoption of Orion-LD as Incubated 
FIWARE GE.
