[Fiware-technical-committee] VERY IMPORTANT: Admission of late applications for seats at the TSC assigned to remarkable individuals

Dear all,

   At the TSC yesterday, I presented a motion to accept a late 
application from Marius Snyman to the election of seats assigned to 
remarkable individuals.  He explained that he had not presented his 
candidature in the first place because he was not sure he would be able 
to make it for all weekly TSC meetings but some. However, his input has 
been always valuable therefore I personally encouraged him to present a 
late candidature given the fact that we would still not covering all the 
seats for remarkable individuals, therefore forcing elections.  Nicely, 
he kindly accepted and formulated the late application and I made a 
motion to accept it.

   However, due to summer holidays, we didn't reached the quorum.   At 
the TSC, the situation of the voting was as follows:

  * Yes: Martin Bauer, Juanjo Hierro, Federico Facca, Gabriele De Luca,
    Laura Pucci, Miguel A Pedraza, Jason Fox, Pasquale Vitale, Kazuhito
    Suda, Alfonso Pietropaolo, Stefano
  * No: <no votes registered yet>
  * Abstain: <no votes registered yet>

   We agreed to conduct the voting off line so rest of members of the 
TSC who couldn't attend the TSC can vote.

   May you please go to the section on TSC elections from the last TSC 
and cast your vote for acceptance of a late application of Marius?

   In the meantime, Franck Le Gall reported to me that he had also made 
a late application (his candidature had been incorporated in the list of 
candidates on Monday before the TSC but after the defined deadline). 
Therefore, formally speaking we should also go for voting his late 
application.
