[Fiware-technical-committee] VERY IMPORTANT: Admission of late applications for seats at the TSC assigned to remarkable individuals

Dear all,

   This a reminder for all to cast their vote for the acceptance of the 
late application of the candidatures of Marius Snyman and Franck Le Gall 
for seats associated to remarkable indivduals.

   We are collecting votes in the section on TSC elections from the last 
TSC)

Note that abstains are also helpful since they will help to reach quorum.

   At this very moment, ware are rather close to reach quorum in the 
case of Marius but a bit far with Franck.
