Hi all, Please find below a message I sent to Thomas Michael Bohnert asking for ZHAW's ability to host the first educational session planned the week of May 21st. Number of rooms and people was derived from data collected in the shared spreadsheet until last Thursday EOB. Thomas expects to get a response by Tuesday. So, hopefully we will be confirmed by then so people can arrange trips. He has asked me whether we could assign a basic cost (kind of attendance fee) to make sure he gets a positive answer, this btw enabling to have coffee as well as Wifi connections in the rooms. I guess this is a basic cost that is reasonable (similar to the amount that the EC charges for attending the FI or ICT events). On the other had, it may be a little bit cumbersome and hard to manage if we ask each person to pay when probably it all means around 3.000 EUR or so in total. Could this be a cost covered by CONCORD ? Hierro\"" <jhierro at tid.es><mailto:jhierro at tid.es> Hi Thomas, Here you have the data about rooms/days that would be needed for the FI-PPP Educational Sessions that will be programmed the week of May 21st. The educational sessions will take place from Monday May 21st, starting at 14:00 until Thursday May 24th, finishing at 19:00 (probably earlier, but we suggest to book the whole day). Space for lunch doesn't need to be booked the first day. Every day from Monday May 21st until Thursday May 24th, sessions will end at 19:00. Regarding rooms, this is the summary of the needs: * Monday May 21st: we need 3 rooms, for aprox. 15-20 people each * Tuesday May 22nd - Thursday May 24th: we need 4 rooms, 2 of which should be for aprox 15-20 people, one for aprox. 20-25, and another one for aprox. 40 people The amount of people expected overall would be: * aprox. 50-60 people on Monday May 21st * aprox. 100 people the rest of days Hope it helps to determine whether there would be space available. As you already know, it was agreed that people would have to pay their own lunch and coffees in the cafeteria. Don't hesitate to answer any further question. Please copy Carlos in your reply or contact him in case you need to clarify any detail. He has been appointed as the person who will deal with the organization of the event.
