This was also my understanding before review meeting, but since this matter
wasn't clearly stated in the review report (or did I missed that..), it
would be nice to know official guidelines about resource re-allocation in
case GE is dropped. Can partner independently do re-allocation to the GE's
which remains, or does partner need to do re-allocation plan or similar
which will be added as amendment to the DOW? If partner does
re-allocation independently to the remained GE's, will all remained GE work
agreed to be funded when they support new FI-Core targets set by EC?
