Hi Sami, all,

I raised this question at the coordination call on Wednesday and will
send a more detailed email later. Short story, Juanjo wants to keep the
right to make structural changes a required by the entire project.
Everyone affected, of course, has good reasons why it is a wrong
descision to cancel his/her GE :-).

However, I proposed that chapters come up with their own suggestion,
which is already on a coarser and non-individual basis and can serve as
input for Junjo. This is what I will be working on this morning. My plan
is to send this around to be discussed within WebUI later today.

Input from all of you is very welcome, of course.
