[Fiware-webui] Proposal: WebUI Reorganization

Hi,
on the subject of Virtual Characters, I have no opposition to dropping it
as a separate GE. Its most important functionality (animation playback,
animation blending) should IMO be part of the 3D-UI GE, but these are
generic features and not restricted to avatars / characters.
