[Fiware-webui] Proposal: WebUI Reorganization

Hi - one note about AR:

I just saw the CIE folks and they are working on getting previous AR
release to shape quickly now, despite the license requirement changes that
happened mid-project on the FIWARE side.

For future work there is a reorganization at the university (where CIE is)
and we can check if the new home for those things is interested in the AR
dev -- they have quite long background with AR, having organized
summerschools on mobile AR dev with leading professors & companies in the
area (profs Feiner from US and Billinghurst from NZ, came to visit here
from Google), using MetaIO SDK (bought by Apple since) and Qualcomm's
mobile AR solution (with unity).

Of course is great that DFKI and also others (for example Adminotech that
also works with AR things otherwise) in the chapter know and work with AR
too, but just a note about the status on the University of Oulu side.
