[Fiware-webui] R4 delivery on the wiki

Hi,

Unfortunately, Torsten is gone already (I thought he wanted to complete
this before Christmas) and I am busy with other stuff. If anyone can
fill in in the mean time, please go ahead. Otherwise, it will probbly
not happen before the new year. Sorry.
