GE owners in WebUI: You'd rather not!! This is to be filled in by coordinators

This has been sent to the EC already and any mistakes would be really painful. I've already warned the EC that this chapter will take long due to the holiday season.

This is what I asked for on Friday to the leaders of each chapter.

You know the rules for each one (which one should point at github,
readthedocs, apiarry etc. - same rules as the Open Specs summary table).
It is highly probable that you are on holidays but it is really really
advisable to add the contribution of WebUI because this provide the
pointers to the evidences that R4 is there, something that I see as
important in the face of the review. If the EC and reviewers do not have
evidences of the work done, they may have a good rationale to reject
costs. This is what I intend to avoid or to lessen at least.
