[Fiware-webui] Roadmap Updates

Hi all,

this is a quick reminder to please update the Roadmap by

  * Breaking down large Features into smaller features, where possible
    (Features should cover the time frame of one Release. If your
    Feature covers rather a set of things added to the GE during the
    whole project, this is a good candidate for further refinement)
  * Adding some Features that may be planned for some GE's but do not
    appear in the Roadmap yet
  * Grouping the different features in the table by Release.

I see updates for Real Virtual Interaction and GIS Data Provider 
(thanks!). I have now also updated XML3D. Please refer to these as 
example of how the final Roadmap should look like.
When adding new features or splitting existing ones, please remember to 
also update the textual description above the table.
