[Fiware-webui] URGENT: Appearance of GE's on Roadmap and GE ownership

Dear all,

Miguel asked us to remove all GE from the Roadmap which are in 
maintenance mode,  and  which do not implement new features. We have 
discussed this topic in the call yesterday, and for us, we agreed that 
it would be reasonable to have the work being spent on giving support 
and providing bug fixes for GE should be reflected in the summary of the 
chapter's work. But as the Roadmap is officially intended to capture 
only Features, these GE are not meant to show up there. This is why I 
removed these GE from the Roadmap wiki page.

Second, it is explicitly not wanted that GE's are owned and maintained 
by companies that are not officially partners in this phase of FIWARE. 
As a consequence, we need to allocate those GE, which are not owned by 
official FI-Core partners, to a company being official partner, i.e. 
Adminotech or Cyberlightning.

These GE are in particular:

  * Owned by CIE:
      o POI Data Provider
      o Augmented Reality
  * Owned by Ludocraft:
      o Synchronization
      o Virtual Characters
  * Owned by Playsign:
      o 3D-UI-WebTundra

What needs to be done now is:
_For the GE's above, decide whether the official contact from now on 
should be Adminotech or Cyberlightning, change the entry in the table 
accordingly, and provide a new email address as contact._
