[Fiware-webui] Draft agenda and minutes

Hi all,

Please find the draft minutes for our call today. We ill likely focus on
the outstanding issues with FIWARE and the closing and planning of the
new sprint. Manuel will join us again for this today.

Please note the list of issues that have been raised on the Monday call
with FIWARE, so we can go through them quickly with Manuel later. Also
please have a look if all tickets have been closed and the new tasks for
the new sprint have been entered. This will allow us to proceed quickly.

We have again one of our bi-yearly large review starting at 10h today,
so I and Torsten will have to leave at about 9:50h.

I will send the Hangout like shortly before the meeting.
