[Fiware-webui] JIRA ticket naming convention

Hi,
As requested I was looking at this sprint tasks in JIRA and noticed that
most of the tickets were named by following fashion
FIWARE.WorkItem.WebUI.2D-3DCapture.Documentation.TechnicalRoadmap.

Is there a guidelines page how to name your tickets? If there is, could
you please send it to me as a reply.
