I see a problem in that kind of naming of issues. Those patterns seem very closed. I don't see any place for free text to describe what actually is done. I see only closed lists of choices, what kind of operation (e.g. Update) is done upon what kind of entity (e.g. Software). That kind of naming may effectively serve some bookkeeping purposes, but it may effectively hide what actually is happening.
