[Fiware-webui] JIRA ticket naming convention

Hi Ari,
I agree with you, with following defined pattern exactly titles wouldn't
describe content at all, which is not good in my opinion either. I dunno
how heavily I broke protocol, but my solution for this was to add free text
at the end of the title. Seems that title naming verification in the
http://backlog.fiware.org/ is only interested of beginning of the title, it
doesn't complain if there is free text in the end of the title. You can
check e.g. GIS titles in detail to see what I mean.
