Apiary Documentation

Good morning,

in yesterday's call, we had the question where to put the generated 
Apiary files.

As also stated in the guidelines document 
(https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wa15t2dSEucSA1xD7FyOLpP0ymihYYry0mhALV6GsXU/edit?pli=1, 
section 2.2), the generated documentation goes to the /gh-pages///branch 
of your GitHub repo, and will be linked from there in the final Open 
Spec document. An introduction to GitHub Pages can be found here: 
https://www.thinkful.com/learn/a-guide-to-using-github-pages/
