Tool to convert readthedocs into pdf?

Hi,
Do you know if tool for converting ReadTheDocs documents to pdf is already
shared? It is defined in the *UserAndProgramManual* tasks that tool for pdf
conversion will be provided, though I'm currently unaware where to find
this tool..
