As an example, we would have to elaborate on why we decided to go for FI-WARE NGSI and the impact we expect to achieve. if we have just a technical review, not only it is boring (but this could be a good way to have the reviwers sleeping), but also we could miss the point that is already in the remarks: i.e. showing the impact of our choices. of course we have to show our choices but not in the detail that we need strong experts for each ge. of course i think we need to devote a pcc meeting and wlp/wpa meetings to carefully design the review agenda. I guess this is more a matter of a meeting among the WPLs/WPAs rather than the PCC. We of course have to work on it as soon as we close a date for the review.
