agree, in fact there migth be other choices too that for sure the uc migth
not be fully conscious about. in the end we are a project and a consortium
with its own strategy too, isn't it?

if we have just a technical review, not only it is boring (but this could

well ... strategies should come from the pcc while wpl/wpa should implement
them ... but of course what matters is that we have an agreed story to tell
well before the review!
