This is the only way to communicate it.

The numbers there should be the combined number of attendees. It does not make sense to make in any other way. WPL are coordinators at their level as well, as far I as I understand it.

Digging in thousands of emails per day is not a good approach.  So please whatever that has to be said, it must be here. Organizing this is very difficult (hundreds of messages) and unfortunately the degree of support I perceive is very low.

the excel spreadsheet I sent you last week, contained the number of people expected to attend chapter specific session(s) and the number of people from I2ND attending the joint sessions. I assume that if the other WPLs provide you the data of their attendants, you can derive the overall figure for joint sessions from this information. If this is not the case, then please let me/us know.

Dear all,

I have asked around and the WPLs (at least some of them) are not talking between themselves to give me the total number of attendees for the cross-WP meetings. The deadline to provide numbers is today,  as I reminded yesterday. I do not know how to put it to convey the importance of giving the data but let us express it clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

There are some 30.000 people around here (headquarters of Telefónica worldwide) and the competition for the meeting rooms is very tough. I will preventively book some meeting rooms at the end of the day (if there are still free ones). Those who do not provide the details on time will receive the meeting rooms I can get (with no right to complain about capacity or times). This pool of meeting rooms will be served on a first come first served basis.

As regards the attendance list, you have to provide the details to the admin people to submit the request to General Services at the end of today. Those who are not on the list today, will not have the right to complain when:

    * They do not have wifi access
    * They have pay for their lunches. Those who are already on the list on time, will get them for free.
