[Fiware-wpa] Important: FI-WARE Video Recording on Friday Jan 27th (9-12) & script/questionnaire

Dear Colleagues,

As we discussed in our previous WPl/WPa conference call, we are taking the opportunity of your stay Madrid to make a first Fi-WARE video.
We aim to record some video material mainly per technical WP/Chapter (WP3-WP8), suitable to be mixed and merged with some digital animations later on.
Our goal is enabling us to inaugurate our youtube channel, use it in the FIWARE WEB and enrich any of our future dissemination actions such as press releases, public presentations, etc.

Some constraints because our meeting rooms, the company in charge of recording and the availability of the WPl/WPa itself, lead us to choose one single day to perform all recording sessions.
Looks like the most suitable is friday morning (9-12h). This is key to prevent potential participants to leave before this date.

Please, we need that:
- Each WP/Chapter leader has to appoint just one person (preferably WPl or WPa) that will be participate in the recording session (Friday 27, 9-12h).
  Each recording slot is totally about 30min (to collect some 5min usable data).
- Each WPl confirms the selected person back to me before late thursday this week (Jan 19th).

As previously agreed, I circulate hereby  a questionnaire/script so you may think in advance your responses/storyline at a high level.

Q1. What is [your WP] and what is its role/relevance in the context of the Future Internet Services? (1.5 min)
   - Try to make an easy talk understandable to the layman.
   - To explain the role of your specific field do not forget to mention what other relevant Internet actors have achieved.

Q2. What you expect to deliver that will significantly change the landscape of FI services? (2 min)
   - Do not mention project deliverables, milestones or tasks. It's more oriented to specific goals regarding your baseline assets.
     (Avoiding a plain listing of baseline assets, better summarizing those adding a higher value, being mainstream or easier to be understood)
  - Do not forget to provide your vision for actual end-users and platform end-users (=developers/third party companies).
   - Aim to give a fresh speech on expected outcomes understandable to anyone out of EU-programme/PPP/FIWARE scope.

Q3. FIWARE will integrate baseline assets of [your chapter] with a number of other assets in other WPs. (1 min)
  - Can you provide some specific examples of services/benefits in your specific field?
  - Do not forget to provide your vision for actual end-users and platform end-users (=developers/third party companies).
