[Fiware-wpa] Action points agreed towards alignment of Technical Chapter presentations

Hi,

  This mail intends to summarize the list of actions that we have agreed during the revision of presentations today:

  *   All to include a slide which essentially is the one on the High-level Architecture of the chapter (which has already been developed by all of you) but adding the logos of the partners to illustrate who are the main owner(s)/contributor(s) per GE.   This slide should be titled "Contributions"
  *   All to include a slide which essentially is the previous one, but adding circles around the GEs that will be delivered in the first release.   This slide should be titled "Results to be delivered in the 1st Release", replacing the slide that you had with that title
  *   All to include a slide on standardization (check what has been done by I2ND chapter as reference)
  *   All to send the description about how they were planning to address those risks that were considered generic and we decided to drop from the presentation.   This way, we make sure that we don't miss that valuable input.   You could keep description of how you are handling some risks that are generic, but then only capturing what is specific of the action plan.   For example, you may include the fact that you are handling missing assets by means of identifying a topic for an Open Call or by means of setting up a proposal to another call within FP7, but you should mention what specific topic you have proposed for Open Calls or what concrete proposal you have submitted to some call.

  Last, but not least, I have found that some of you didn't follow the template strictly and that lead to some look&feel using that we should avoid.   Please fix them to ensure a proper alignment.   Those I have able to detect were the following:

  *   In Torsten's presentation, I realized that size of bullets, etc was not the same.   It seemed it was because he was showing the slides on Google Docs and maybe he has plans to port it back to Powerpoint ... If so, please make sure that the right bullet points are there ...
  *   In Pascal's presentation, different type of bullets were used ... Please use the ones from the template that was distributed
