[Fiware-wpa] Risk plan for the review

Dear all,

When we start the review it is very likely that the reviewers complain about not having a risk management plan. I have produced a 1st  version with a list of risks and actions simplifying a template provided by Matteo (thanks for that!). This is the link:

I am sure you have comments:

  *   About risks that are missing
  *   About risks that you would address in a different fashion

E24 is empty,  it is a bit tricky... suggestions are welcome.

Additionally, I have appended the risk table from the DoW at  the end in a different colour.

All comments and contributions have to go to the column I have added to the right (column F). I will consolidate comment on the original excel spreadsheet on my hard disk. All changes in other columns will be ignored and lost. It is the only way to keep a good control of the changes, if not anyone can change anything anywhere and it would be a mess! :)
