Dear Juanjo,

There are some emails flying around related to the topics for the third FI-WARE open call.

Via this email, I would like to insist that the third open call needs to be useful for the project and for the programme. Given the timing of the open call, the EC expects that it will take into account the requirements of the phase 2 Use Cases, balanced and/or complemented by the needs as seen by the FI-WARE participants. It should not be used for hobby horses or for requirements of phase 1 Use Cases where one cannot be certain that such requirements will be actual after April 1, 2013.
