Hi all,

  A couple of Action Points that chapter/wp leaders should take care of inmediately:

  * AP-1: Please promote attendance to the Campus Party, overall regarding FI-WARE GEi architects and developers. The more we are, the higher visibility we'll have. Besides, I believe it will be a great opportunity to build a teamwork spirit and foster engagement of FI-WARE developers. It's a great opportunity to realize that we are building something really big ! Please ask people to register on the google docs spreadsheet we have setup:
     *   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqGGeaQGro3fdDdhaC1hOTZHYWpXT0tGMDlLOHpwRnc#gid=0
  * AP-2: Please let us know whether you wish to use the private meeting room to run some f2f meeting. Be aware that time is limited so you should not book it for more than half a day (unless during non-peak hours). I would also try to prevent overlap with FI-WARE programmed events. With the first inputs we will generate a spreadsheet we can all share.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo
