Hi Alex,

  There is nothing that warrants you that you will get the best "return on investment" when you attend an event like this ... but I would say, that same statement applies to any sort of f2f meeting, even project meetings :-)

  In general terms, it would be nice that FI-WARE developers (i.e., actual developers of FI-WARE GEis) can attend the event so that they can:

  *   attend the workshops, either because:
     *   the workshops deal with the FI-WARE GEis they have developed, so it would be useful that they attend them to provide the necessary support; or
     *   it would be an opportunity for them to learn what other FI-WARE GEis provide, taking advantage they can attend the on-site workshop
  *   be around and provide support to people running hackatons (who may be using their GEis)

  Besides the above, we offered the opportunity to run a f2f meeting of the concrete WP/chapter because we would have a dedicated private room.   Therefore, exploit the opportunity that the chapter team meets f2f for half a day or so.    Of course, we would need to use it in a synchronize way.   As an example, I believe that the Data/Context Management chapter is planning to setup a half-day f2f meeting there.

  Tickets have to be purchased to attend the Campus but we are negotiating a number of free tickets.

  Campus Party is our first big external event and we have to make the most to be rather visible.   Therefore, we would love that most of you attend the party !   I would rather encourage that actual developers of the different FI-WARE GEis attend the event.

  We need to know who will go because we would like to order a number of polos that we will ask you to wear during the event.  It will also allow us to determine how many free-tickets we may ask for.   In order to gather this info, please add a row with your info in the following spreadsheet:
