[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Current draft of periodic report

Dear all:

2 minor comments but the second one need action from WPL to update the doc:
	1- P24: organisation of Open Calls
We have to be more explicit on delays putting dates when the new partners were selected and then when they really were integrated into the consortium because administrative issues (amendments). It is critical to exchange with the Commission on some potential delays which are not the fact of FI-Ware.

	2- Some WP put in their description the list of deliverables: we have to be homogeneous for this part. So the one who have not included the list of deliverables have to do it.
