Let me remind there're available two backlog name patterns for this purpose: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/Backlog_items_patterns#Packaging Both of them are identified as Work Items, which aren't reported on the Technical Roadmap. We report them in the backlog deliverables. More precisely, how this impacts the roadmap and the backlog. Roadmap Packaging should not motivate any changes in the roadmap. It would bring extra complexity that would make the roadmap more difficult to understand. In any case, this should be expressed in terms of workitems that should be on the backlog but that do not appear on the roadmap. As regards the ongoing amendment and the official deliverables, there is not an official one in the future. At least not a committed one. We may decide to submit an optional one in the future depending on the amount of changes. But let us make it clear: we keep the wiki up to date with or without deliverables, we do not work just to produce deliverables but to have a set of products up to date and perfectly documented always. Backlog Packaging is part of the work we do and it should be duly reflected in terms of workitems in each chapter with packaging activities. Deliverables: same situation as for the roadmap.
