[Fiware-wpa] Backlog - Open Vote on Proposals to change backlog governing rules - Deadline: 28.February.

Dear Work Package Leaders,

Please, find below the proposal to modify backlog-governing rules by SAP


1.    Proposal:   Ignore all "old" tracker-items (closed and dismissed) in the backlog-hierarchy computation in order to focus our work the relevant state-of-play and upcoming tasks

2.    Proposal: exclude components which are no longer maintain from forcing external representation of their features/epics in public facing channels (e.g. the fi-ware wiki) and within the internal metrics providing the link - Please, submit your vote at:  http://doodle.com/ec6kmrwy5cynifyi

3.    Proposal: Allow a set of items in the backlog which is governed by the WPL and is NOT checked against external representations (in particularly not counted as errors towards the EC). Please, submit your vote at http://doodle.com/giiumbt2eyczuxrg

4.    Proposal: improving the backlog-calculation-mechanism in relation to the "&" sign-problem. It should not be counted as "issue" any more with negative effects for the chapters. I understand it is a decision to be taken by the management board, therefore, all their members have the right to vote.
