[Fiware-wpa] Open Specs - reminder for update

Dear WP Leaders,

Let me remind you of the open specs.
Would you please update any progress on the spreadsheet linked below?

According to the time line, 1st wave should be finished and 2nd wave would be approaching the time to having chapters' ready for Juanjo's review.

Please, take into account two request from 2 partners received this week:

Technicolor is leaving on M36, which moves them from 2nd Wave to 1st Wave. I understand it affects WP4-Cloud and WP7-I2ND.
Adminotech is extending its contribution until M40, which moves them from 1st Wave to 2nd Wave. It leaves WP13 with all partners' contribution to the 2nd Wave.
